S Korea anchors U.N. sanctions exception for between Korean railroad review

South Korea said on Saturday it had gotten sanctions exclusions from the U.N. Security Council for a joint overview of between Korean railroads, the initial move towards reconnecting rail and street joins cut amid the 1950-53 Korean War.
